Stylish Ilves ankle boots! These beautiful all-black ankle boots are not only comfortable and lightweight on the feet, but also nicely warm shoes with a wool lining. The ankle boots have a wide last, a slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe, and there is also plenty of volume in height. By tightening or loosening the laces, the fit can be adjusted a lot, and the soft leather also molds comfortably. The model is easy to put on even a foot with a higher instep thanks to two openable zippers. Really nice ankle boots for many occasions!
Grip+ by Solepex soles: Grip and bite! The shoes are otherwise made in Portugal, but the soles suitable for the Finnish winter have been designed and manufactured in Kankaanpää. "The combination of hard and soft materials guarantees the shoe superior grip and comfort. Patterned surfaces and lamellae at different levels maximize friction in all directions. -- The soles bring technology and safety familiar from winter tires to northern conditions."

Size 42 from this model was a good size for Maria’s foot. The length was quite sufficient because there was even too much width for Maria’s foot. It didn’t pinch anywhere! There was plenty of room for Maria’s foot, of course by tightening the laces and using an insole the shoe could fit the foot better. Lovely soft and lightweight shoes!
