1. FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS YOU RECEIVED IN THE PACKAGE
You received our return instructions on paper with your package; the instructions are on the back of the order confirmation.
Please note that:
- For 1-2 pairs of shoes, the return fee is €5.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct the fee from the refundable amount.)
- For 3-4 pairs of shoes, the return fee is €8.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct the fee from the refundable amount.)
- For 5 or more pairs of shoes, the return fee is €14.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct the fee from the refundable amount.)
- Returns are always free if you want a refund as a gift card.
If you send the return package independently at your own expense, we will not reimburse the costs incurred from the return afterwards.
2. We kindly ask you to ensure that the products to be returned are:
★ sellable, i.e., unused
★ clean (products do not have, for example, hair or animal fur; also check the soles of shoes)
★ packed in the original shoe box.
Please note that if the products have hair or fur, the value depreciation is 100%, and we do not accept the return.
3. Return the products according to the instructions you received.
4. If you wish, you can use the original shipping bag or box from the order; just tape the package securely so it withstands the trip to Bellissima without damage.
5. You can also return products by bringing the items to be returned to the Helsinki Etelä-Haaga warehouse store (check opening hours: https://bellissima.fi/pages/aukioloajat).
6. Upon receiving the return package, we will inspect the products. When everything is okay, we will refund the money to the original payment method of the order. All payment transactions in Bellissima's online store are handled securely and automatically through trusted payment intermediaries (Paytrail, PayPal).
7. NOTE. An uncollected order is not a return. For uncollected packages returned to Bellissima, we charge a €20.00 handling and delivery fee. We will automatically deduct this fee from the refundable amount.
8. We do not accept returns sent as cash on delivery.
