Products ordered from our online store have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
WAREHOUSE STORE:
Products purchased from our warehouse store have a 14-day exchange right. The product can be exchanged for another product or gift card.
(The products do not have the right of return.)
RETURN:
1. ACT ACCORDING TO THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS YOU RECEIVED IN THE PACKAGE
You will find our return instructions included in your package, the instructions are located on the back of the order confirmation.
Please note that:
- The return cost for 1-2 pairs of shoes is €5.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct the fee from the amount to be refunded.)
- The return cost for 3-4 pairs of shoes is €8.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct the payment from the amount to be refunded.)
- For 5 or more pairs of shoes, the return cost is €14.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct the payment from the amount to be refunded.)
- Returns are always free if you want a refund to a gift card.
If you send the return package on your own initiative and at your own expense, we will not reimburse any costs incurred from the return afterwards.
2. We kindly ask you to ensure that the products to be returned are:
★ sellable or unused
★ cleaners (the products do not have, for example, hair or animal fur, also check the soles of the shoes)
★ packed in its original shoe box.
Please note that if the products have hairs or fur, the value depreciation is 100%, and we do not accept returns.
3. Return the products according to the instructions you received.
4. You can use the original shipping bag or box for the order if you wish, just tape the package securely so that it can withstand the journey to Bellissima without damage.
5. Products can also be returned by bringing the items to our warehouse store (check opening hours: https://bellissima.fi/pages/aukioloajat).
6. Upon receiving the return package, we will check the products. When everything is okay, we will refund the money to the original payment method of the order. All payment transactions in the Bellissima online store are handled securely and automatically through reliable payment intermediaries (Paytrail, PayPal).
7. NOTE. An uncollected order is not a return. For uncollected packages that are returned to Bellissima, we will charge a handling and delivery fee of €20.00. We will automatically deduct this fee from the amount to be refunded.
8. We do not redeem returns sent by mail in advance.
EXCHANGE:
If you want to exchange products, place a new order in our online store. You can return the exchangeable products in the package according to the return instructions you received on the back of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact: info@bellissima.fi.
