WAREHOUSE STORE:
Products purchased from our warehouse store have a 14-day exchange right. The product can be exchanged for another product or a gift card.

Return shipping costs

❤️ Returns are always free, if you want a refund as a gift card.

❤️ For 1-2 pairs of shoes, the return fee is €5.90, if you want a refund to the original payment method.

❤️ For 3-4 pairs of shoes, the return fee is €8.90, if you want a refund to the original payment method.

❤️ For 5 or more pairs of shoes, the return fee is €14.90, if you want a refund to the original payment method.

RETURN:

1. FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN THE PACKAGE

You received our return instructions in paper form with your package; the instructions can be found behind the order confirmation.

Please note that:

  • For 1-2 pairs of shoes, the return fee is €5.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct this fee from the refund amount.)
  • For 3-4 pairs of shoes, the return fee is €8.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct this fee from the refund amount.)
  • For 5 or more pairs of shoes, the return fee is €14.90 if you want a refund to the original payment method. (We will automatically deduct this fee from the refund amount.)
  • Returns are always free if you want a refund as a gift card.

If you send the return package independently at your own expense, we will not reimburse the return shipping costs afterwards.

2. Please kindly ensure that the products you return are:

★ saleable, i.e., unused
★ clean (products do not have, for example, hair or animal fur; also check the soles of the shoes)
★ packed in the original shoe box.

Please note that if the products have fur or hair, the value reduction is 100%, and we will not accept the return.

3. Return the products according to the instructions you received.

4. You may use the original shipping bag or box from the order if you wish; just tape the package securely so that it withstands the journey to Bellissima without damage.

5. You can also return the products by bringing them to the Helsinki Etelä-Haaga warehouse store (check opening hours: https://bellissima.fi/pages/aukioloajat).

6. Once we receive the return package, we will inspect the products. When everything is in order, we will refund the money to the original payment method of the order. All payment transactions in Bellissima’s online store are handled securely and automatically through trusted payment providers (Paytrail, PayPal).

7. NOTE. An uncollected order is not a return. For packages returned to Bellissima due to non-collection, we charge a €20.00 handling and delivery fee. We will automatically deduct this fee from the refund amount.

8. We do not accept returns sent as cash on delivery.

EXCHANGE:

If you want to exchange products, please place a new order in our online store. You can return the products to be exchanged in the package according to the return instructions you received behind the order confirmation.
