Online store payment methods:

We offer secure and well-known payment methods in our online store: including Klarna, MobilePay, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through our payment service partners.

Delivery methods to Sweden:

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland via Postnord no later than the next business day.

You will receive a tracking code when the order leaves our warehouse. You can track the shipment with the tracking code throughout the entire journey.

Postnord delivers the package to a pickup point within 2–4 business days.

The total delivery time is therefore 2–5 business days.

You will receive an arrival notification via text message, email, or mobile app.

NOTE: Postnord stores the package for pickup for 7 days, after which the package will be returned to the sender.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland via Postnord no later than the next business day.

You will receive a tracking code when the order leaves our warehouse. You can track the shipment with the tracking code throughout the entire journey.

The package will be delivered within 2–5 business days and handed over to the recipient on the next business day after arranging the delivery time.
The recipient will be notified of the incoming package by text message to arrange the delivery time.

The total delivery time is therefore 2–6 business days.

With the MyPack Home service, the recipient can choose the delivery day and the time windows during which the package can be
delivered.

Do you want to exchange a product? Place a new order in our online store and return the product to us. We will send the new product as soon as the order is received.

We will send detailed return instructions with the package, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs from abroad.
