Delivery methods to Finland:
We will process your order no later than the next business day after the order.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup from our warehouse store.
Our warehouse store is open on Tuesdays from 10 AM to 4 PM and Thursdays from 1 PM to 7 PM. Our address is Vanha Viertotie 20 in South Haaga, entrance at street level to the red brick building. Welcome to visit us!
Your order will be shipped from our Helsinki warehouse via Postnord no later than the next business day.
You will receive a tracking code when the order leaves our warehouse. You can track the shipment with the tracking code throughout the entire journey.
Postnord delivers the package to a pickup point within 1–3 business days.
The total delivery time is therefore 1–4 business days.
You will receive an arrival notification via text message, email, or mobile app.
NOTE: Postnord stores the package for pickup for 7 days, after which the package will be returned to the sender.
