• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes

Size 43 of this model was too roomy for Maria’s foot! Maria also tried sizes 42 and even 41. Size 41 fit the foot and was good in width, but too short. Size 42 was the best in length for Maria, with a very comfortable width! The foot-shaped toe box fits very well with Maria's flipper-shaped feet. Maria’s choice is size 42 of these lovely soft shoes.
