Low-top sneakers with elastic laces - topaz green leather

Gorgeous green Andrea Contin leather sneakers! These wonderfully simple and stylish sneakers are made entirely of leather, both outside and inside. The topaz green shade of the leather is stunning! The walking shoes are nicely lightweight, feel comfortable on the foot, and the leather is wonderfully soft. The light-colored laces are elastic, so the sneakers are easy to slip on. The laces also allow for comfortable adjustment of the fit. Really nice casual sneakers!

Maria the merchant’s tip: if the shoes feel loose, you can tighten the elastic laces and tie a knot in the tighter laces. Even though Maria tightened the laces by knotting them, the laces still stretch enough to comfortably get the shoes on, but also keep them well on the feet. Of course, you can always replace them with regular non-elastic laces.

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

For Maria’s feet, size 42 in this model was quite good. Thanks to the rounded toe, there was quite enough length for Maria’s toes in size 42, but maybe size 43 still felt more comfortable in terms of length when walking for Maria. Of course, 43 is looser, but this issue was easily solved by tightening and knotting the laces.
