Great boot-style winter boots from Gabor! The thick combat boot sole combined with rugged brown-gray suede leather and buckle decorations looks really cool. The winter shoes have zippers on the inner sides to make putting them on easier and faster, and inside there is a wonderfully soft teddy fur lining. On the outer sides at the top, the fit of the shaft can be adjusted with buckles, and there is still room to add one more hole in both directions. A sharp style for many occasions!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:
- Not a high instep and not a low instep
- A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
- A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
- Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
- In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes

Maria’s size choice would be 43. Size 42.5 might be better in terms of length, but Maria’s wide feet require size 43. There was quite good room for the toes, the narrowness of the F width was felt just at the ball and heel. Of course, the leather would stretch in use exactly in width. Still very nice feeling, such cool shoes!

Sanna’s choice would be size 40, which felt suitable in every way, both in length and width. Sanna has a narrow heel, as in most shoes, and in this model the heel did not fit perfectly at first. Sanna removed the insole and tried with a thinner insole, so the heel settled better into the heel cup. In this Gabor model, however, the insole is about a centimeter thick from the heel. Lovely warm shoes!
