Fine Andrea Contin leather ankle boots with a longer shaft! These wonderfully simple and elegant boots are made of very soft leather and are comfortable to wear. The burgundy leather shade is stunning, and the brown sole adds a nice edge. The ankle boots have a wide last, a somewhat rounded toe, and the soft leather shapes comfortably. There are zippers on the inner side for putting them on, and the laces allow for very good adjustment of the fit. So they fit both narrower and wider calves! Really nice shoes for many occasions!
This model is the older sister with a longer shaft of the Hittimaiharit model named by the merchant sisters. 😊 The shorter-shafted Hittimaiharit model has been sold a lot at Bellissima in many different colors. Otherwise, the models are the same, but this model has a longer shaft.

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

- A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
- Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
- Length of the longer foot 26.5 cm
- Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm
Size 42 in this model was good in width for Maria’s foot. The length felt slightly short, the toes were almost at the end. Size 42 felt suitably snug on Maria’s foot, and the leather would surely have given a little. Because of the length, Maria would choose size 43, tightening the laces and using an insole would make the next size fit nicely.
Maria managed to loosen the shaft laces just right for herself; Maria’s calf circumference is 44 cm. The tongue of the shoe, that is, the flap under the laces, was wide enough, so it would also fit a wider calf in that respect. Maria left the top holes unlaced so she could tie the laces. But that also looked nice and did not hinder walking! Absolutely lovely ankle boots!
