The thick block heel is sturdy and comfortable on the foot, and the thicker platform sole under the ball of the foot helps with comfort in the shoe’s fit. Side zippers on the inside make them easy to put on, and there is also an elastic panel next to the zipper. They are also nicely soft on the foot, offering trendy elegance for everyday wear!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Size 42.5 in this medium-wide G last model felt just right on Maria’s foot. The fit was pleasantly snug, meaning the leather stretches to a comfortable feel with wear. Maria also tried size 43, and that could also work with a half or full insole. But Maria’s choice would be 42.5. Really nice-feeling, beautiful shoes!
