Espadrilles - Llivia-P, white leather

Gorgeous Toni Pons espadrilles! The classic and beautiful Llivia espadrilles feature a wide white leather strap across the instep. The leather strap is comfortably shaped to be slightly wider at the sides than at the toe, improving the fit of the shoes. The textile heel counter molds nicely to the heel, and the shoes stay securely on the foot thanks to the buckle ankle strap. Toni Pons shoes are largely handmade from natural materials in Spain, and the espadrilles are also pleasantly soft on the feet. The small wedge heel feels good on the foot thanks to the good last and the platform sole under the ball of the foot. Beautiful summer shoes for many occasions!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Size 43 was good in length for Maria’s foot. The width at the ball of the foot fit Maria’s foot, but the model is a bit too narrow for Maria, and the outer edge of the foot slightly "spilled" over the edge of the sole. Perfect shoes for those with slightly narrower feet! It really wasn’t far off for Maria. :) Comfortably soft on the feet, beautiful shoes!
