Stylish Peerko Go Black barefoot ankle boots for many occasions! The combat-style ankle boots are just so wonderfully simply stylish. The ankle boots have zippers on the inner sides, and the laces allow for comfortable adjustment of the fit. The Go combat boots have a thin fleece lining, making them suitable for spring and autumn shoes, and why not for the "warmer" winter days as well. Really nice and fine shoes!
The barefoot ankle boots are made of high-quality leather and only water-based glue is used, no solvents. The sole of the barefoot shoes is made of flexible recyclable thermoplastic rubber. The sole thickness is only 1.5–3.5 mm, and the soles are glued and stitched to the shoes. The sole flexes excellently according to the natural movement of the foot. Peerko shoes are designed in collaboration with physiotherapists so that the feet have enough space and the shoes are especially comfortable to wear.
Peerko Go Black ankle boots are barefoot shoes. With barefoot shoes, you walk as if barefoot, but your feet are still protected by a thin sole. Using barefoot shoes strengthens the muscles of your feet and helps your feet and toes to find their natural shape and position again.
Features of barefoot shoes include:
- Wide toe space, shaped according to the natural curve of the toes
- No heel elevation
- No arch support
- Flexible and thin sole
- Lightweight
Peerko Go ankle boots suit feet with a wide last. But with the laces, the fit can be comfortably adjusted to narrower and lower feet as well.

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:
- Not a high instep and not a low instep
- A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
- A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
- Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
- In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
- Length of the longer foot 26.2 cm
- Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm
Size 42 in this barefoot shoe model was simply perfect for Maria’s foot! The last is so wide and the toe box is shaped according to the natural curve of the toes, so size 42 fits Maria excellently. In non-barefoot shoes, Maria’s size is usually 42.5-43 depending on the width of the last. In shoes other than barefoot shoes, the toe box is usually more or less pointed/tapered, which takes up space at the toe, and Maria has to take a larger size.
