Sneakers - black textured leather

Cool sneakers from Tamaris! The sneakers are completely black, including the soles and laces. The leather surface has small perforated patterns to add character. The laces allow you to comfortably adjust the fit of the shoes. The sneakers also have zippers on the outer sides to make putting them on easier. The sneakers have a comfortably wide last and are wonderfully soft on the feet, as Tamaris Comfort collection shoes always are. Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes

Maria’s choice would be size 42. Size 43 felt too loose, although with an additional insole and tightening the laces, this size could be made to fit. Size 42 felt slightly too tight in length with the shoe’s own insole. The width was very good even in this size. Maria removed the shoe’s own rather thick insole and tried it without an insole, making size 42 feel just right. So Maria would swap to thinner insoles in size 42, and then the leather would stretch comfortably in these. 😊 Wonderfully soft and beautiful shoes!
