Sandals with a thick sole - beige leather, patterned sole

Absolutely lovely sandals from Remonte! The light leather straps are nicely combined with a thick, light embroidered sole. Remonte Soft shoes are, as the name suggests, very comfortable and soft on the feet. Both straps have Velcro, making it easy to adjust the fit around the toes and ankles. There is also elastic on the inner sides of the straps and a Velcro fastening under the decorative buckle on the outer side. Wonderful summer style!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Marian's shoe size 43 felt suitable in both length and width. The side of Marian's foot did not go over the edge on the outer side, as the straps positioned themselves just nicely a bit further on the outer side. And with the Velcro, you can adjust the fit. The sandals felt really good on the foot, with a wonderfully soft sole!
