NOTE. PostNord keeps the package for pickup for 7 days, after which the package is returned to the sender.

Home delivery on weekdays from 8 AM to 9 PM at the delivery time you choose.
In the largest cities, deliveries can be tracked in real time also in the evenings.

PostNord delivers the package to your door at the agreed time to the address you provided on weekdays from 8 AM to 9 PM depending on the delivery area. You will receive a notification about the upcoming delivery via the app, text message, or email. Through the link in the notification, you can change the delivery location or give permission to leave the delivery behind the door if you are not home at the delivery time. Additionally, you can fill in extra information, such as the door code, or change the home delivery to a pickup point delivery.
Your beautiful order will be sent to Posti's transport no later than the next business day.
According to Posti's promise, the Home Package generally arrives the next working day.
Posti will contact the recipient to arrange the delivery time of the package. Agreed delivery times vary by area between 9 AM and 9 PM.
The total delivery time is therefore 1–4 business days.
