Winter shoes with friction sole - black, Remonte-TEX

Gorgeous winter shoes from Remonte! Warm sheepswool lining combined with Remonte's Thermo insole ensures that feet stay definitely warm in these shoes, additionally the Remonte-TEX membrane keeps toes dry. And the streamlined appearance certainly doesn't hurt, combining suede and upper leather with a dark brown stripe circling the sole. The laces allow adjustment for a much longer shaft. And once the lace settings are done, there are zippers on the inner sides for putting on. Warm style for winter!

The outsoles have a proven feature: "The Extra Grip", a friction sole made of fiberglass! Check the product pictures to see the denser and "braking" areas of the sole in green at the toe and heel. Maria the merchant has tested friction shoes in recent winters and has stayed well on her feet! 😊

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• Length of the longer foot 26.5 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Maria's foot felt just right in width with size 43, but 42 would be better in length. However, size 42 is a bit tight in width for Maria's rather wide feet, 43 is better in width. Of course, the leather will still stretch in width. The width definition is medium-wide G. Such nice ankle boots, soft feeling on the foot!
