Winter shoes with friction sole - black, Remonte-TEX

Nice winter shoes from Remonte! A warm sheepswool lining combined with Remonte's Thermo insole ensures that feet stay definitely warm in these shoes, and the Remonte-TEX membrane keeps toes dry. And the streamlined appearance certainly doesn't hurt, stylish all-black ankle boots with a touch of brown in the stripe circling the sole. The laces allow for quite comfortable adjustment of the fit. And once the lace settings are done, there are zippers on the inner sides for putting them on. The striped laces are also a nice detail in these shoes, not to mention the nice fur at the shoe opening. Warm style for winter!

The outsoles have a proven feature: "The Extra Grip", a friction sole made of fiberglass! Check the product pictures to see the denser and "braking" areas in green on the sole at the toe and heel. Maria the merchant has tested friction shoes in recent winters and has stayed well on her feet! 😊

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• Length of the longer foot 26.5 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

For Maria, size 43 fit really well in both length and width. The length was maybe a bit too much for Maria's rather wide foot, but size 42 was too tight. The laces allow for very good adjustment of the fit, and the leather stretches with use. Lovely warm winter shoes!
