Such cute sparkling slip-ons from Gabor! Beautiful brown-toned slip-on sandals with sparkling glittery pink straps. The leather insole is shaped. The sandals are easy to slip on and stay well on the foot thanks to the wide strap upper. Lovely sandals for many occasions!

This model has slightly different sizing, and Gabor lists sizes as EU sizes 36–46. Normally, Gabor lists sizes as UK sizes (3.5–11). In this model, the sizes are a bit longer than usual for Gabor. For example, Maria the merchant’s usual size 42.5-43 foot fit well in size 42 of this model.

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Size 42 in this model was a good length for Maria’s foot. The width was a bit tight; the shaped edges of the sole suit a slightly narrower foot than Maria’s. Absolutely lovely shoes and a comfortable sole feel!
