Low-cut sneakers - white leather, gray sole, elastic laces

Lovely white Andrea Contin leather sneakers! These simply elegant sneakers are made entirely of leather, both outside and inside. The walking shoes are pleasantly light, feel comfortable on the foot, and the leather is soft. The shoes come with handy elastic laces already in place, so you can slip the shoes on in no time. Of course, if you wish, you can later replace the elastic laces with non-elastic ones. Really nice casual sneakers!

Tip five: if the shoes feel loose when using the elastic laces, you can tighten the laces and tie a knot. Even though Maria the merchant tightened the fit by knotting the laces, the laces still stretch enough so that the shoes can be comfortably put on, but also stay well on the foot.

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

For Maria’s feet, size 42 in this model was quite good. Thanks to the rounded toe, there was quite enough length for Maria’s toes in size 42, but perhaps size 43 still felt more comfortable in length when walking for Maria. Of course, 43 is roomier, but this issue was easily solved by tightening and knotting the laces. Such soft, lovely sneakers!
