Loafers with thick sole - black leather, lace decoration

Gorgeous loafers from Gabor! Completely black down to the sole, the striking gold-edged bow decoration is the finishing touch on this model. There are small stretch panels on both sides of the loafer strap to improve fit and make putting them on easier. The wider last and removable insole allow this model to suit many types of feet. They also feel comfortable on the foot, gorgeous shoes!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.5 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Usually, size 43 with a Gabor G or H last fits Maria’s foot well. However, size 42.5 in this model was better for Maria than 43, which felt too large and the heel slipped. The wide H last suits Maria’s foot, and this model fit quite comfortably. The big toe also did not turn with the tip, it felt good. Lovely, good-looking shoes!
