• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria's big toe
• Normally size 42.5 or 43, with a medium-width G or wide H width
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot: 26.5 cm

Size 42.5 of this medium-width G-width model felt just comfortably snug on Maria's foot, both in width and length. Maria also tried size 43, but it felt too roomy since there are no laces to adjust the fit. Really lovely-feeling, beautiful shoes!
