Collonil Metallic Care cares for, protects, and brightens the color of metal-dyed leather. The spray is easy to use, and a shiny finish quickly appears on the surface. Metallic Care also significantly increases the durability of metal dyeing in the leather.
What is metal-dyed leather? Metallic leather refers to a finish that creates a metallic look on the leather. Take a look at an example of metal-dyed leather in the product images. The appearance of the leather is achieved by adding a synthetic metal film on the surface or by applying a special varnish containing metal powder to the leather’s surface. Metallic leather is used, for example, in shoes and bags.
When caring for shoes or a bag, it is important to note that the color varnish and the synthetic metal film on the surface wear down with use, and thus the surface’s shine may fade. The Metallic Care spray helps maintain the bright appearance of the leather and protects it from wear.
