1. FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS YOU RECEIVE IN THE PACKAGE

You received our return instructions in paper with your package, the instructions can be found on the back of the order confirmation.

Please note that:

• For 1-2 pairs of shoes, the return fee is €5.90, if you want a refund for the original payment method. (We will deduct the payment from the automatically refunded amount.)
• For 3 or more pairs of shoes, the return fee is €8.90, if you want a refund for the original payment method. ( We deduct the payment from the automatically refunded amount.)
• Returns are always free if you want a refund for a gift card .

If you send the return package yourself at your own expense, we will not reimburse the costs incurred for the return afterwards.
