You can comfortably adjust the fit with the laces, and the inner insole is removable and can be changed to your own personal insoles if you wish. The zippers on the inside make it easier to put on. Details of the medium width legs of the Maria trader:

• Neither breasts nor low
• Model flipper, i.e. the toes are almost the same length, not a very sharp curve at the ends of the toes 😊
• A round toe is the best fit, models that are too pointed often don't have enough room for Maria's big toe
• Normally size 43, medium width G or wide H insole
• Barefoot shoes are usually size 42 when there is enough room for the toes

On Maria's foot size 42.5, this wider H-last model felt just right! It felt nice and snappy, which means they stretch to feel comfortable when in use. Maria also fitted size 43 and even though the length was a bit too much, Maria was able to tighten this size to a comfortable feeling with the help of the laces and they stayed on well. Really nice shoes!
