Return instructions

Return costs from abroad to Finland:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

1. Circle the products you are returning from the packing list on the back of this form.
   Write briefly the reason for the return next to each product.
   Select how you want the refund:

   • To a gift card
   • To the original payment method

   Pack this return form in the return package.

2. Ensure that the products to be returned are:

   • Saleable meaning unused
   • Clean: no animal hair or other dirt; also check the soles of the shoes.
     Attention: if the products have hair or other dirt, the depreciation is 100%, and we do not accept returns.
   • Packed in the original shoe box

3. Pack the shoe box in a mailing bag or box so that the shoe box remains saleable.
   You can use the original shipping bag/box or another suitable packaging.
   Remove/cover the old address label (or cross it out with a pen) so the package does not get sent to the wrong address.

4. Send the package and write the following information on the package:

   Bellissima / Sparkling Shoes Ky
   Vanha viertotie 20
   00350 Helsinki
   Finland
   Tel. +358 400 956 786
   Email: info@bellissima.fi

   Also add your own contact details (name, address, phone number).

5. Make sure the shipment is trackable, so you can follow it all the way to Helsinki. This also helps locate the package in case of any issues.
