Maria would choose size 43, it felt more comfortable compared to the smaller 42. Size 42 also fit Maria's foot, but the big toe "pressed" just a little against the tip, so a bigger size would be better. This model has a nicely rounded toe box, so Maria's big toe stayed fairly straight even in size 42. Size 42 felt a bit snug for Maria, 43 already comfortable.
