Loafers - black leather, shiny and suede

Stylish loafers from Gabor! A nice model combining patent leather and nubuck leather, with a dark brown stripe running around the sole adding the final touch to the elegant style. There are small stretch panels on both sides of the loafer strap to improve fit and make putting them on easier. They also feel comfortable on the foot, wonderful shoes!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes

• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Usually size 43 with a Gabor G or H last fits Maria well. However, size 42.5 in this model was better for Maria than 43, which felt too large and the heel slipped. The medium-wide G last suits Maria’s foot; this model fit snugly, with the leather adapting in width during use. Even the big toe did not turn with the tip, it felt comfortable. Lovely, good-looking shoes!
