Maria's size choice would be 43 due to the length. Size 42 also fit Maria's foot and felt surprisingly good in terms of width. But because the shape is still quite narrow, the foot extended beyond the sole from the heel because the toes didn't fit into the longer pointed tip. Size 43 felt just right for Maria's foot.
