Sandals with thick sole - white leather

Lovely sandals from Gabor! Trendy and stylish sandals with a wonderfully different thick sole! The striped cork sole is really beautiful and the highlight of these shoes. The wide strap over the toes features a beautiful decoration. Both the strap over the toes and the one around the ankle have Velcro fastenings, so the fit is very adjustable. They also feel nice on the foot, and the leather is pleasantly soft. Thanks to the Gabor Best Fitting collection, the toes have been given as much room as possible in an otherwise narrow last. A great white summer look with these summer shoes!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Although the shoes have a narrower F last, size 43 in this model felt good on Maria’s medium-width foot. Slightly too long; size 42.5 would probably be just perfect in length. The width in size 43 was surprisingly good; Maria’s foot extended just a little beyond the outer edge when trying them on, but not disturbingly so. Besides, the fit can be adjusted suitably with the Velcro fastening on the leather strap over the toes. Comfortable and lovely sandals for summer!
