Cool Toni Pons espadrilles! The soft leather straps cross and overlap nicely over the instep and toes. The shiny platinum-colored strap adds a bit of bling to the otherwise brown look. The strap wrapping around the heel has a small stretch on the inner side. Toni Pons shoes are largely handmade from natural materials in Spain. They are also comfortably soft on the foot. The small wedge heel feels good thanks to the good last and the platform sole under the ball of the foot. Comfortable summer shoes for many occasions!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Size 43 was good in length for Maria's foot, and the width could be squeezed on. The leather straps would still give way, so they would fit Maria's foot well. For someone with narrower feet, size 42 might also be enough in length, depending on the shape of the toes. Nice shoes for many occasions!
