Beautiful classic ballerinas from Gabor! These popular bow ballerinas appear in Gabor’s spring collection year after year. And for good reason, as they are beautiful and lovely! The black leather is elegant, and the bow made from a thin ribbon crowns the look. The traditional thin sole has been softened with a comfortable cork insole. Gabor Best Fitting nicely adds width to the toes in shoes with a narrow F last. Wonderful shoes for everyday and festive occasions!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Usually, size 43 with a G or H last from Gabor fits Maria’s foot well. Surprisingly, the bow ballerinas in size 42.5 fit Maria’s foot comfortably despite the narrow F last. Size 43 felt too roomy. Ballerinas should fit the foot just right; too roomy ones do not stay on the foot. The slightly rounded toe felt comfortable, though the width felt just a tiny bit tight at the little toe of the right foot. But the leather will surely give a bit in width. Beautiful shoes for many outfits and occasions!
