Wedge-heeled sandals - brown leather

Beautiful wedge sandals from Gabor! The beautifully toned brown leather matches perfectly with the light wedge sole. The wedge sole is surrounded by a lovely texture of various braids. On the inner side, the strap has an elastic insert, as does the area under the buckle. The gold-colored buckle offers adjustment with three holes. Thanks to the sturdy wedge heel and the platform sole under the toes, the sandals are comfortable to wear. Gorgeous sandals for many summer occasions!

Maria the merchant’s medium-width feet – details:

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes
• Length of the longer foot 26.8 cm
• Width at the ball of the foot 11 cm

Size 42.5 from this model was just right in length for Maria’s foot, a bit tight in width, the ball of the foot slightly extended beyond the edge of the strap. Size 43 was better in width, and the slight extra length didn’t bother. Absolutely lovely shoes and a comfortable sole feel!
