High-top barefoot shoes - transitional-season shoes, ReimaTec Hyppii, Deep Purple

Lovely purple barefoot shoes for little autumn adventurers 💜🍂

The Deep Purple ReimaTec Hyppii mid-season shoes combine the features of barefoot shoes with Reima’s practical ReimaTec construction. They provide plenty of room for the toes and have a flat, flexible sole.

When a child wants to move, their shoes need to keep up too. The flexible sole of the Hyppii-Kellien shoes bends with the foot and feels comfortable on different surfaces. The hook-and-loop fastening keeps the shoe securely on the foot and makes dressing easy.

When allowance for movement if you start wondering, the removable Happy Fit insole makes it easier to check the size. Please note, however, that the smiley-face markings on the insole do not correspond to Finnish recommendations. The recommended minimum allowance for movement is 1.2 cm. From the bottom edge of the dotted line there is approximately 1 cm to the toe of the shoe, so if the toes reach the dots, you should move to the next size. Insole markings therefore can can be used to help monitor size, but allowance for movement when assessing the fit, it is worth considering the Finnish recommendation of 1.2 cm.

The upper is a combination of textile and synthetic material, the lining is textile, and the sole is synthetic material. The shoes contain no animal-derived materials.

Care: Brush or wipe off dirt and dry at room temperature. Do not wash with water, bleach, iron, dry-clean, or tumble-dry.

💖 PLEASE NOTE THAT TEX-MEMBRANE SHOES ARE NOT THE SAME AS RUBBER BOOTS! 💖 Tex-membrane shoes treated with a waterproofing spray repel water excellently up to a certain point. However, once the shoes become completely soaked, even the “effectiveness” of the tex membrane between the upper and lining materials may no longer be sufficient. When rain, puddle play, or prolonged time outdoors in wet conditions is expected, it is advisable to wear reliably waterproof rubber boots.
