When winter brings snow, slush, and slippery conditions, these Froddo barefoot shoes keep feet warm, dry, and firmly on the ground. The waterproof TEX membrane between the upper and lining protects against moisture, while the soft wool lining keeps feet warm in freezing weather. TEX Winter is an excellent choice when you want winter shoes to offer the natural feel of barefoot shoes, warmth, protection, and comfort.

The flexible Lifolit® outsole bends naturally in every direction and provides good grip in winter conditions. The boot-style shaft makes the shoes easy to slip on, and the removable wool insole is convenient to take out to dry after use.

Froddo TEX Winter is best suited to medium-width and slightly wider feet. For high-volume feet, we recommend the Froddo Up Hill Wool model instead, which offers more room for foot height.

💖 PLEASE NOTE THAT SHOES WITH A TEX MEMBRANE ARE NOT THE SAME AS RUBBER BOOTS! 💖 Shoes with a TEX membrane treated with a waterproofing spray keep water out very well up to a certain point. But once the shoes are soaked through, even the “effectiveness” of the TEX membrane between the upper and lining may no longer be enough. If rain is expected or you will be spending a long time in wet conditions, it is best to wear reliably waterproof rubber boots.
