We recommend protecting the shoes with a protective spray before first use! This way they withstand moisture and dirt better. All moisture protection sprays suitable for tex membrane shoes also work for these shoes. 💖 PLEASE NOTE THAT TEX-MEMBRANE SHOES ARE NOT THE SAME AS RUBBER BOOTS! 💖 Shoes treated with moisture protection spray with a tex membrane keep water out well up to a certain limit. But when the shoes get soaking wet, the "effect" of the tex membrane between the upper and lining material may no longer be sufficient. When expecting a rainy day, puddle play, or generally prolonged exposure to wet conditions, it is best to wear definitely waterproof rubber boots.
