Velcro straps not only make putting on and taking off the shoes easier but are also important for adjusting a good fit.

First step shoes belong to Bundgaard's Zero Heel collection, so they have no heel lift. Bundgaard Zero Heel shoes have a thin and flexible sole, and the insole is also flat from heel to toes.
